High5 Insurance Calendar Setup Guide

Stay Updated with Company Events

By subscribing to the High5 Insurance Calendar in Outlook, all company meetings, trainings, webinars, and events will automatically appear in your Outlook calendar.

Any future updates made by High5 Insurance will automatically sync to your Outlook calendar.


Step 1: Copy Your Calendar Link

Choose the calendar you would like to subscribe to:

Agency Calendar

Agents Calendar

https://high5insurance.com/wp-content/uploads/agents-calendar.ics

VA Calendar

https://high5insurance.com/wp-content/uploads/va-calendar.ics

John’s Calendar

https://high5insurance.com/wp-content/uploads/my-calendar.ics

 

Copy the calendar link provided by your administrator.


Step 2: Open Outlook

  1. Open Microsoft Outlook.

  2. Click the Calendar icon in the left navigation menu.

  3. Make sure you are viewing the Calendar section.


Step 3: Add Calendar from Internet

  1. In Outlook Calendar, click Add Calendar.

  2. Select Subscribe from Web (or From Internet depending on your Outlook version).

  3. A window will appear asking for a calendar URL.


Step 4: Paste the Calendar Link

  1. Paste the calendar URL you copied in Step 1.

  2. Enter a calendar name such as:

  • High5 Agency Calendar

  • High5 Agents Calendar

  • High5 VA Calendar

  1. Click Import or Subscribe.


Step 5: Verify Calendar Sync

After subscribing:

  1. The calendar will appear in your Outlook calendar list.

  2. Check the box beside the calendar name.

  3. Upcoming High5 events should now be visible.


Automatic Updates

Your subscribed calendar updates automatically.

You do not need to import the calendar again when:

  • New events are added

  • Existing events are updated

  • Event details change

Simply keep Outlook connected to the internet.


Troubleshooting

Calendar Not Appearing

  1. Verify that the calendar URL is correct.

  2. Refresh Outlook.

  3. Remove and re-add the calendar subscription.

Events Not Updating

  1. Outlook may take several minutes to refresh.

  2. Close and reopen Outlook.

  3. Ensure you have an active internet connection.
